What's new

  • Submit verification on behalf of clients: Initiate Meta business verification directly from Partner Dashboard > WhatsApp > Business Verification — no need for clients to navigate Meta flows.

  • Upload documents in one place: Add up to three supporting documents (PDF, JPG, PNG — max 5 MB each) within the verification form.

  • Track status in real time: View verification status — Verified, Unverified, Pending, or Failed — with automatic updates as Meta processes requests.

  • Fix and resubmit quickly: If verification fails, you can view the rejection reason and resubmit with corrected details.

  • Switch to Self-Led when needed: If required, share a verification link and let the business complete the process independently.

  • One-click OBA onboarding: Once verified, proceed to Official Business Account (OBA) application directly — no manual handoffs.

Note: You can attempt Partner-Led Verification up to three times per business. After three failed attempts, the flow switches to Self-Led Verification. Ensure all details and documents are accurate before submitting.
